More than 50 % of all American adults have experienced at least one major trauma in their lifetime. The results are devastating, often leaving people feeling powerless, lost, and afraid. Trauma stays in our bodies until we are able to face it, name it, sit with it, transform it, and release it. A Sacred Space Trauma Recovery Coaching offers individual sessions, group workshops, and certification programs aimed at healing from trauma and gaining critical knowledge about trauma informed practices. These services are offered by Alinda Quinn, M.A., Certified Trauma Recovery Coach-Supervisor, and Accredited Instructor for the Trauma Specialist Certification Program.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING
1:1 coaching is the backbone of my practice. It allows for the development of a therapeutic relationship over time between coach and client. The process is client-led, meaning you determine the direction and depth of the sessions--with support from a trained and empathetic professional. You will be heard, seen, and cared for.

There are quarterly offerings of live webinars and online workshops. The cost will vary but will be published on the workshop page prior to event date. We will cover a variety of topics such as recovery from abusive relationships, the language of emotion (emotional literacy), and coping with trauma responses.

CERTIFIED TRAUMA SPECIALIST TRAINING
The Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS) training is a new and exciting professional certification for those who work in various fields to aid them in becoming more trauma=informed and trauma-trained in dealing with individuals whom they serve. The number of discussions around trauma is growing rapidly, and this course will help you blossom into the kind of professional you want to be. The course can also be taken as the first step toward certification as a trauma recovery coach.
